C&F Mortgage is excited to announce the addition of Jorge Saliceti to the Fredericksburg branch as Branch Manager. Jorge began his career in the real estate business in the early 2000s as a real estate agent and then transitioned to the mortgage industry shortly after which gave him great perspective on both sides of the transaction. In 2018, he was awarded Originator Rookie of the Year for his excellence in helping his borrowers achieve homeownership.
With nearly 20 years of experience under his belt, Jorge is no stranger to helping his clients become homeowners. He finds his motivation comes from wanting to provide a great experience for others and making people smile. “Taking a difficult or stressful situation and making it a pleasure is a great way to earn the trust of others,” Jorge said. When asked why he chose C&F, Jorge highlighted that he wanted to work for a local company that offers growth opportunities. “My goal for the next five years includes building a successful branch in the Fredericksburg region,” he stated.
