C&F Mortgage Corporation is excited to announce the addition of two new loan officers, Erik Goodman to the Fredericksburg Branch, and Shannon Courtney to the Jamestown Branch.
Erik Goodman comes with over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most notably are his over 6 years in underwriting management roles. He was drawn to C&F Mortgage because of the small hometown feeling and the tight-knit community under the C&F roof.
Erik is very self-motivated and has built a reputation of working hard on loans for clients with special situations. As he begins his career as a loan officer, he hopes to use his background in underwriting to generate success for his borrowers.
Shannon Courtney also has a decade of experience in the industry as a mortgage loan officer. Shannon goes above and beyond for her clients and will do what it takes to make her borrowers’ homebuying dreams come true.
Shannon chose to begin a career with C&F because of the reputation and caring management. She is motivated by her children and family, with hopes to become a top loan officer in the Virginia market.
