  • There's not a loan officer in the area that will devote more time, effort and energy into a client than Phillip. Throughout the entire process—which included the sellers filing for bankruptcy 10 days before the originals closing date, pushing the deal back 60 days—Phillip bent over backwards to do everything he could to get me into my first home. Always professional, knowledgeable and reassuring, he answered calls, emails and texts immediately and with more detail and information than I often even expected. He always had my best interest in mind - which is really what you need from a loan officer and realtor during a refinance or home purchase. It's about more than just making a sale to Phillip -- he's about building relationships and putting his client’s interest before his own. No one does it better than Phillip.

  • We had the privilege of working with Phillip twice - once when we refinanced our old house and then when we bought our current house. Phillip is amazing and I would never go to anyone else for a mortgage. He is very quick to respond, answered ALL of my questions (sorry Phillip, there were so many), and went over the numbers with me again and again and again. My husband and I were offered incentives to use our builder's preferred lender and we were chose to give those up in order to work with Phillip - if that gives you an idea of the level of trust he gained from us. We knew EXACTLY what numbers to expect at the closing because he was so thorough.

  • I have moved a few times in the military, so therefore have bought/sold a few homes. Without hesitation, Phillip was the best lender, without doubt, that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I originally had another real estate agent who referred his services, and when I ended up going with another agent do to the original agent moving, I went against my new RE agents recommendation for a lender, and went with Phillip. However, the most amazing concept working with him, was when he talked me out of a couple transactions, because he didn't feel they were a good situation. Truly proving he cares about his client, where most lenders only care about the dollar earned. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I'll be calling Phillip!
