Jill is a Virginia native that grew up in Short Pump and raised 2 children. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and has had her hand in every aspect of this business. During her processing career, she supported loan officers throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Jill's strong underwriting and operational background has been helpful to explain the mortgage process, not just sell the mortgage process. She believes there is no better feeling than helping someone obtain their dream of homeownership! Jill is excited to be at C&F Mortgage, where we are always Focused on You; we are happy to offer in house processing, underwriting and closing- decisions are truly made down the hall!

Know your numbers

Use these handy resources to determine your anticipated homebuying costs, based on the interest rate, down payment, and other variables of your unique situation.

Don’t know your interest rate?

Interest, the charge paid for borrowing money, is calculated as a percentage of the amount borrowed. Because interest rates fluctuate daily, sometimes hourly, the best way for you to obtain your ideal rate is to contact an experienced C&F Mortgage loan officer in your area.
